STAND BY ART DIRECTOR

I spent two months in Tokyo with our Japanese art department, working across timezones & languages to provide a bridge with the UK art department during prep. I oversaw various meetings with skilled prop makers to refine the design and build of the oversized anime heads featured in the final scenes of the film. I advised the Japanese team regarding prop sourcing to maintain the feel of the show and organised the carnet to safely bring the assets home.
