I'm James Cross, an Art Director for film & tv based in London, available for projects globally.

With over 15 years of experience in the industry, I have been lucky enough to work across various disciplines during that time. My portfolio includes the People Just Do Nothing feature film, shot in Tokyo, as well as Nick Knight’s couture shoots and fashion films. From filming The Curse, an '80s crime comedy set in Gran Canaria, to capturing Christmas films high in the Austrian Alps.

My expertise spans set design for commercials and fashion shoots, as well as art direction for larger projects, feature films, and TV series. I have coordinated art departments across continents, overseeing large-scale set builds and installations, delivering complex schedules of technically and creatively challenging film work.
